It was some 20 months back when a group on Facebook hugged me and truly did I take shelter there, after a brief initial reticence. Music has been my soul and sharing my dots and notes at a time – in a community – when I really needed some release was suddenly breathtaking.

Once in the group, I started enjoying the company of the people whose views and comments would make the discussions lively (which at one time were serene though). And boy oh boy, I started enjoying the new ambience to the hilt.

I still remember the warm welcome by the group creator Shashi Jain and its admin Rekha Bajpe Aggarwal. They took me in with open arms and smiling hearts.

Today, after having received and felt so much warmth, I call this music group home, my abode in heaven. Though I am not a techno or a net savvy person, yet the moderation of the group has throughout been so spic and span that I feel at ease there.

I do feel that my staying in the such dwelling has changed the course of my life, particularly in the last 10 months. It is here that I have made some very dear friends who have sailed through my heart and drowned me in their love.

There is laughter which is lasting, sweetness that poisons, positivity which takes me to a new high and above all the music that drenches my soul and I’m all smiles. Things have now reached a stage where I’ve to go all-out to balance my two worlds. Such is the craving which flows in my blood.

So here’s a big thank you to all my friends on Hindi Films Music (HFM) for always being there for me. All of you are exceptional in this quality world of music. I stand accomplished.
