Bollywood has seen many male actors come and go during these 100 years that have gone by.

Many a handsome men full of charm, charisma, elegance and style walked down the red carpet of the big screen in India.

They came when they were in their teens and ruled for many a decades. Some were aristocratic, some were majestic and some simply adorable.

All these actors had a huge fan following, especially among women as many would drool, ogle, leer, stare and just go crazy over them.

Some actors had women who would stalk them and some would hang on in the love of the man on the screen whom they could not lay their hands on.

Such was the power of the ruling men on the silver screen in yesteryears, to name… Dilip Kumar, Dev Anand, Rajesh Khanna, Rajinder Kumar, Shammi Kapoor, Dharmendra, Sunil Dutt, Shashi Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan and so many more.

Then came the angry young muscular men like Akshay Kumar, Suneel Shetty as also Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and lately Hrithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor.

But a cross section of people now feel that there is suddenly a drop in the new crop of men in Bollywood.

Where have all the elegance, charm and chauvinism vanished? Why don’t they make men like that anymore?
